    Can anybody access Neotel DC in Midrand?

    Nope, down. Their phones are down as well so can't call them either. Our IP transit link (office) with them is up and working though.

    We also got a L2 service but this is also down, between our offices and the DC.

    Yea also cannot phone them, as if they put the phone down.
