So my wife has a recurring data bundle that basically is wasted since unlike me she just uses Facebook and Whatsapp when away from WiFi. So I wanted to cancel the recurring bundle but can't find the option anywhere on the app or on the website. I call in and I'm not sure if the guy did not know what he was talking about, but according to him Vodacom will not allow any changes to be made regarding data bundles, on the app or website. So according to him soon you won't even be able to buy data, unless you call in or go the *111# route. Can anyone confirm or refute what he said?
