    Default Repeated connectivity issues

4th connectivity interruption in as many weeks (24hrs or more each time). See extract from my latest error log below...

"Ja, 4th time in 4 weeks that my connection is off!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called your "support" line and got cut off and no call back - after waiting for almost 30 minutes (2nd time this happened in the last month). Please deliver the service I pay for every month. Please also extend me the courtesy of confirming that you guys really don't give a crap about customers, then at least we can know where we stand. I am cancelling my subscription and will advise everyone I know to not go near you with a ten foot flagpole. My only regret is that you've already deducted my subscription and I'm stuck with your pathetic service for another month (unless you can bring me internet joy by agreeing to refund my subscription and allow me to escape from your useless clutches immediately). I am beyond astounded at your ineptitude and lack of even a half assed attempt to at least appear as if you give a damn about the lousy service I have gotten. I cannot fathom how you company still exists with a complete and utter disregard for customers. The money I pay you with does not have synching or latency issues and never disconnects from your bank account....in summary, you suck and I'm out. Now please sort out my connection issue or tell me that I can cancel now and get a refund."

It sounds like you've really been having a terrible experience. I would love to take a look into your issue before you decide to cancel and help make things right again. Please PM me your account info.
