Where Starbucks is looking to open its next South African stores

Starbucks plans to open two stores in Durban before the end of 2017 - these are the other areas the group is looking at.

Cape Town has way better coffee outlets than Starbucks...

Starbucks coffee is not good. It's got a rep, that's what attracts customers. And their food isn't bad. But the coffee itself is rather plain, with one caveat.

If you choose your roast and ask them to make it on the Clover Press, you will be a happy sardine.

same goes for all the US chains, really poor quality food . People here flock to them like sheeple just because they see these brands on TV

Only time I've ever had Starbucks was in London and it was very disappointing. Average coffee at ludicrous prices.

The one in Melrose Arch will replace the FNB, which already closed down.

Only when they open. Cape town "Foodies" do not like franchises. Must be exclusive to cape town
