    yeah - the duck loses its head,
    Guy trying to claim the bird was injured and he was just doing a mercy killing....hmmm, don't think so.

    The fact that the bird did not move away lends so credit to his story. I do not know of any wild bird that will lie there while you aim and smack.
    But there has to be better ways that that though. Just wring the neck.

    I've killed 2 birds playing golf, both struck by the ball. One was dead on impact, the other suffering so i smacked it on the head with a iron. Felt bad though.
