    Default Sharing a drive

    Hi I have a android media player with a 2 terabyte drive connected to it.
    It is connected to the network by a ethernet port.
    I can play files on the on the pc.
    I would like to know how to copy files to the 2 terabyte drive from the pc.

    Go to the plastered and install samba fileshare . The ones I saw now after a quick glance look old but I guess it will still work

    Unglug drive from media player.
    Plug drive into PC.
    Copy files.
    Unplug drive from PC.
    Plug drive into media player.

    If you have a PC in the mix you are doing it wrong.

    Plug drive into PC.

    Copy all your stuff onto it.

    Install Plex Media Server.

    Go to Media Box and install Plex Client.
