So in this case the ANC instructed them to dismiss Zuma's appeal. And all the other ones he keeps loses. Some long con they're trying to pull there.

Why would he appeal when he conceded the decision by Mpshe was irrational?

Make no mistake, if the ANC was an actual thing, Jacob Zuma would be cleaning out his desk as I write this.

Yeah, that is swaak though, you need much more than that, even Sunday Times never said that it's Zuma's house. I can see them quickly wiggling out of that one if they ever found themselves in a sticky situation.
I am of a nation that would not allow that fear of death, of torture, of imprisonment, of exile or persecution should result in the perpetuation of injustice.

You mean like facing 18 charges of fraud and corruption based on 783 payments from a pal who has already been tried and convicted for the fraud and corruption of those same payments?

Ok so the NPA is being forced to do a job they dont want to do , this verdict changes nothing , the NPA will just drag this out for years and say they still investigating.

nothing will happen here , scorpions had teeth and Zuma did a good job of destroying them so he has nothing to worry about.

Zuma does not own a house in DXB in his own name, so no court will rule based on the fact that he possibly owns a house which is in the name of a friend/s. You need more than that to prove a flight risk.

Don't be ridiculous. The courts are the only thing that is keeping this country standing.

I hope NGOs, CBOs and other interest groups exert IMMENSE pressure on the NPA to press charges. In most other countries, he would have resigned today (well, long before today, actually, but that is a different story).

So now Zuma makes new submissions to Shaun Abrahams and the NDPP must decide to prosecute or drop the charges against him. That will surely only happen next year. Not sure why people are overly worried with that - he could be removed at the December conference, right?

This country isn't standing and is actually on the verge of a Zimbabwean style collapse.

Hope you're being sarcastic otherwise wake up.

Nope. The ANC openly defied a court order when it could have harmed number one.

All the courts are good for now is giving murderers and rapists lenient sentences whilst putting R150 000 fines on idiots who post wrongThink on Facebook.

The only thing that is keeping this country standing is the greed of the ANC. They know full well that a semi-functioning society has more money to loot than a completely dysfunctional one.

Good news, and would be better news if the NPA wasn't captured.

He has already covered all of his bases:
Top white lawyers for his defence.
Black sheep in the prosecution bench.

Just no way that he can loose...

Default SCA dismisses Zuma appeal on corruption charges

As mentioned he kinda gave up right to appeal.. so he will present some info to NPA and then anc elections happen and the matter disappears.

I wish I could say that an opposing faction of the anc would throw him under the bus but the reality is they will do the ‘eish, sorry..’ story like they did with the scorpions. Yah.. remember technically they have not followed the remedial actions completely have they? We still have the hawks under political control
When have you demonstrated leadership skills?
