Thread: Excel training for Grade 8 Student

Default Excel training for Grade 8 Student

My son moved schools for grade 8, and now finds himself in the situation where all his classmates have a reasonable understanding of Excel, whereas he has never used it.

He would like to do a course during the school holidays to catch up. Can anyone suggest a suitable course (online or classroom - Sandton/Midrand area) that is not too expensive.

He has used Google Spreadsheets, so has an understanding of spreadsheet concepts.

I like to use Lynda or Udemy for Software tutorials, you can try them:

On Udemy, read the reviews, chech the Curriculum For This Course and watch the demo videos before you buy a course, although it is usually not too expensive.

    Can try these:

Try this, but do NOT give them your real cellphone number as they will bug you to no end. First 30 days are supposedly free:

Thanks for the assistance, I will show them to him. Looks like the Udemy course is suitable, and only R140!!
