    See, there is the problem.

Are you surprised by the state the ANC got the country in?

What makes it even worse is the these "verkramptes" was right all along. The ANC did fckup the country just as the verkramptes said they will.

Why would anyone take any advice seriously from such a person about the dangers of the ANC government?

That is my point, those aren't patriots of this country by any stretch of the imagination, maybe patriots of apartheid and the NP.
Feck me this is why South-Afirca is where it is....

Very much surprised, Zuma is certainly not the type of President I imagined for our country. I understand why you arent surprised though, I assume you mean the country was a wonderful haven before the ANC, now why am I not surprised by that?

I am of a nation that would not allow that fear of death, of torture, of imprisonment, of exile or persecution should result in the perpetuation of injustice.

So yes, it was used literally. "We", in this regards, is the collective for people who knew the ANC is going to fckup the country!

    As for the strawman accusation:
Weren't you "too young" then? Or is that invoked when it's expedient? Or by "we all knew" refers to party the household voted for?

    Please practice what you preach!
    The collective that voted "No"?
    Yeah whatever mate

I had hope, before Zuma, after he was voted in I was like argh yeah he's not going to do this country well. For some reason though Mbeki was embroiled in the whole HIV scandal, I still held a little respect for him.

Let me explain, Devviem and his fellow 'patriots' did not have a problem with just the ANC, it's the whole democracy thing they had an issue with, that is what they meant by saying it will never work.

I can imagine its a tough place to be in. Do you open your mouth & lose your job, or do you try to bite your tongue and try to make a difference in the background?

Not necessarily a fan of Trevor, but I think he did more than Dlamini, Van Rooyen, Brown, etc
He definitely did more when he signed off on the arms deal..

Thing is the others are mostly idiots one cannot expect too much of them, but Trevor knows his finance he should have seen what Zuma (and the ANC's up to).

No, it's people like you who don't vote who got the country where it is.
The logic is simple. 1000 will always be 999 without a +1

I've had this fight before. By doing nothing you will achieve nothing, it's the simplest rule of them all.
Shut up, go vote and maybe your lip service will have some credibility.

The country was actually functioning before the ANC took over...

But let me make it also clear that the way Apartheid was implemented was wrong too. The so called leaders of that time are responsible for the shyt white people are in now!

They, just like the ANC, are traitors!
