Loaded an 2gb freeme bundle from USSD this morning. Received the confirmation sms but no data or minutes have been loaded to my acc. Anybody else experienced this?

Also can't get thru to real person on 180 ; 183 or Chat to us link.

As an result I am now afraid to load any more airtime and seriously considering porting my number.

Any Telkom Representatives on Mybroadband that are able to help?
