    As the article on ewn states, Ghordhan is reported as saying their senior management level rose from 80 to 400/500 today. They're simply too top heavy a part of which was to inflate EE numbers and that probably ended up with people in sm who can't perform and as a guy I worked with once said, they hire a helper to help the helper who then can't cope and they in turn hire someone else to help that person. And you're right they must be running on consultants and independent contractors given the zeal with which they got rid of experienced people to make way for EE.
