    I would like to know as well. Haven't been able to find anything online. Menu button is disabled. Can't even mail NavaSolar - Mails are rejected. I left a message on their website, but it's one of those info forms, so I am doubtful that I will even get a response.

    That is exactly my thinking. Disabled by factory. Very stupid in my opinion, because why have the "menu" button then right? Sure, to prevent inexperienced users from changing settings and potentially damaging the unit..., but I still don't like that. What can we do. In any case, I am sure one...

    Fans being on constantly, although quieter, is normal. I have a 1000W Pure-Sinewave Mecer Inverter trolley with a lead-acid battery I bought in 2013 and it's the same. It's fans are not as loud, but it runs constantly as well and speeds up when it get's hot or the battery charges.
