    Hi Rain, please help. I'm still in need of a help since the beginning of August this year. you told me in your last responsed that there was a technical problem in the tower next to the building where I reside. Regards

    I have the same problem since Rain upgraded my account to G5, whenever I switched the router on it said the network is off line in their webside. can you help please. Regards;
