    So ended up using kingofthreads. Came out and removed all 5 (spare wheel also had one 🤦‍♂️ ) and set me back R1500

    Yeah there's not much clearance around it and will probably damage the wheel. I've contemplated the welding thing as well but thinking that will also mess up the wheel... I only have a stick welder and my welding is not great. I've bought the replacement set already so don't care what happens...

    I tried hammering a socket over it but the protruding bit just sheared off.. .seems like that part was just cosmetic and the indented disc is what takes the force. Any suggestions on how to get it off?
