I guess I could do a bog standard 6m span ike this and then just figure out the end section of the staff qaurters at the back ? Maybe have that as a lean-to section?- abudabi

So I have this trapezoidal (6x13x10) space that I'd like to utilise fully without complicating the construction too much. The idea was to have a 6x6 garage with space off to the side as storage and a a 4x10 bachelor apartment/maids quarters at the back. I fear the roof trusses won't be able to...- abudabi

When using M140 bricks for a standalone garage. I'm guessing it's cheaper and faster to build with but the tradeoff it's not as "nice" ? Or what are the drawbacks?- abudabi
