    This could well be, given that Televizo reports the varying frame rate as a stream plays. Not sure why the device and/or app struggling to play it smoothly though if this is the case.

    The devices have a screen resolution setting which can be auto or a selection from various options. TiviMate app also has AFR setting. Tried various combinations between device and app, and none I tried made a difference.
