With the new rules, I'm on thin ice to get to exactly the required 13,500 points with no buffer as I used to have in the past. If a single ball is dropped by them or me, I don't get L5. (and I'm not committing to any more of their 'products', at least for now)
For the 'maintain' balances, my understanding is that these minimum balances should be maintained from the 1st till the last day of the month, not a rolling month/30-days. Is that correct?

For the FNB Connect/"Buy" criteria:
1) Is this now updating and tracking correctly or still broken?
2) If I meet the criteria with transactions made during October, do I get the 500 points during October (counting towards November Reward Level) or are points only allocated during November...
