    No it's a reasonable question. And to answer it, I can't do any more cutting back than I already am. I sometimes don't eat just so that my kids don't go without. However I will ask the school if that is a possibility.

    If a parent is having a hard time financially and feels like it's unfair on their kids, are there legal organizations that can take them in for a month or two and then once things get better, you can take them back.
