    MTN Promotional SMS Update Please see the latest feedback from MTN regarding the promotional SMS issue. MTN has confirmed that the MVNO exclusion has been applied to the NI USSD channel. Clients will therefore no longer receive these promotional SMSs. The issue has now been resolved.
