    The CPA does stipulate that interest must be payable on the money they have taken. It does not say which interest: prime/overdraft/credit. It does not provide for penalties for failing to repay on time either.

    I agree that it is interpreted by laymen to be calendar days: Saturday and Sunday both end in "day". If they want to be consistent, they should claim that the 6 weeks should be 18 weeks because they only work 8 hours a day!
