    Bought an SSD from them that quite literally blew up on the earth pins, a complete freak event. Contacted support & they arranged courier collection at their cost - once they received the item, they even offered an option between replacement & refund. Pretty much a painless experience.

    Decided to go with Cool Ideas once my fibre's installed, looks like a pretty solid ISP. I've got Vuma & TTConnect laying trenched fibre outside my home in Rynfield, Benoni. While TTConnect is marginally cheaper, it appears that Vuma's the better option? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated
