Mastercard, as a global entity, is perfectly fine with merchants levying a surcharge, as long as it's no more than the cost incurred to the merchant & is equally applied to VISA/etc.
That being said, it's nearly impossible that their Merchant Agreement allows for it, as the Payments Association...
As per the CPA - "a supplier may not accept money from a consumer, if s/he is not able to supply goods or services as a result of insufficient stock or incapacity to render a service. A consumer must be refunded any amount paid plus interest."

I've got Vuma & TTConnect laying trenched fibre outside my home in Rynfield, Benoni.
While TTConnect is marginally cheaper, it appears that Vuma's the better option?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated
