    DSTV no signal on tuner 1

    On channel 101 signal strength is 100 on tuner2, but 0 on tuner1. Even switching the cables, I get the same result on tuner1. Only some channels seem to work like 125. Any idea what may be the issue? I've done reboot, checked connections, called DSTV, but nothing. Please help!
