Chinese cars, are they as bad as everyone thinks?

Hi. The car is designed for city driving, so it's got very good economy. You get a free wallbox charger you can install at home. If you plan to do longer road trips regularly, I suggest you upgrade the tyres; Continentals will do just fine. LingLong is not great at higher speeds. Long-distance...

Bought one of these; the car itself is nice. The after-sales experience, absolute disaster. Avoid buying from Thorp TableView...

Its alot worse when you go to a dealership for a trade in, you get an a range of excuses as to why the trade-in value is well below book value.

    Haval/GWM Cars

I have a 2022 Haval H6 SuperLux 4WD. Got a nasty surprise when I tried to see what I can get for it at Haval. Was offered R350k, book value is currently about R460k. Seems like you get a bad deal when going Chinese. Have owned cars from other brands and have never experienced such a huge...

I have the H6 Super Lux, what is your average fuel consumption? How many KMs per full tank? I average 10.2L/100KM. Best range was 635KM from full tank, fill up 60L.

I actually do this with my H6 Super Lux, filling up exactly 60 Litres of fuel. Averaging 10.6 KM/100 KM, I noticed that more conservative driving saves fuel. The best I could do was 9.58 KM/100 KM which gave me 626 KM from the previous refuel.
