    Mmm. Interesting! I will! I've had my ADSL with MWEB for years (since they took over Tiscali operation) and I never had a problem.

    I spoke to MWEB today as part of my research. According to their rep they no longer throttle. (They do shape - gaming gets priority). Or did the rep lie to me?
