    In an interesting turn of events, I just got prompted to do a carrier update on vodacom. New carrier setting 15.1 and personal hotspot there on iPad 3. Clean install of iOS 7 GM a week ago.

    I just updated to Beta 4 and the carrier settings on my iPad are now 14.5.2.

    After the install, 14.5.1. I am not sure what it was before I installed it. On my iPhone 5 (also running beta 3) it is 14.5.4. (I have seen this number posted elsewhere as well).
