    Hi @Brewed_Coffee . I was able to loan a poynting external antenna and connect to another tower. The quality isn't great, but at least it's something. The Nietvoorbij tower is still off, it appears.

    18 days for me. No resolution. No feedback on what's happening. Only that my ticket has been escalated and the support team has no feedback.

    Frogfoot started trenching in Idasvalley today. Apparently only the main lines. They say they want to complete the main links before the December break and trenching to the homes will happen in Feb 2021.

    I'm pretty much in the same boat, except I get NO service. I only have the sim for a month and a half. It worked fine for the first month but has been dead since the 5th of November. The sim connects sometimes and only stays connected for a few minutes, then goes back to no service. Rain sent me...

    I see Openserve has marked a part of Idasvalley ready to migrate from ADSL to fibre too. Things are moving.

    My 2 cents. Hopefully, we'll see some movement at the beginning of October. Frogfoot is quite busy in the town area recently.
