Rain slow speeds and poor support explained
When using rain on a normal basis am getting 30 MBps on average , HOWEVER the moment start to Download a movie via u torrent its slows to about 57 kpbs !!! never happened when I was with Telkom , can someone please explain why ? Thanks- allandavid
