Unfortunately in SA, we do not get a lot of proper reviews on the TVs that are available. Unless its a global model from LG or Samsung then you can go to rtings.com and check their review on the TV. Remember, Hisense in SA market their TVs with the same model numbers as the ones in the US, but...
I think mine also have a very faint buzzing sound. Not a nuisance at all.
But maybe its not the main board? Maybe its a problem with the power supply that is causing the buzzing sound on the main board. If it is not a nuisance, just leave it.

This actually sucked because they kept the model number the same in South Africa. So people thought they bought the US version. Unlike Australia that added an 'AU' to the model number.
I think if this was true they would have announced it, like the Z770 range. I know that there are new models available - Z870M and Z670M among others. Maybe they are trying to get rid of the stock? IDK.
Looks like R7k is now the normal price at Makro. I think if you are considering this TV, maybe wait for Black Friday. They might drop the price even lower.
Look, I think you should contact Makro and ask them, just to make sure. I think there is a bit of grey area in the statement "provided that the goods are in unused original condition and packaging". They might just refund you.
