You don't need a TV licence if you don't have a TV — Best big monitors to replace your TV
The cost of the monitors does not justify not paying for a TV Licence. Purchasing a T licence and a Smart TV seems to be cheaper than buy a monitor. If you do not have a laptop to link to the monitor you need to by a TV box to receive links to various subscription services.- Allon1959
