    Ye I have noticed a marked decrease in support from Rain and Afrihost over the past 2 weeks. My internet has been off for the past 3 weeks so I've been dealing with them quite a bit. Callbacks from Afrihost used to take about 10 min, now they literally take about 6 hours.
