South African ambulances are death on wheels - Report
20 years ago i tried to get the SABS to set up standards for ambulances with no success. There are American KKK specs. EU specs and Australian standards available. Currently ambulances are based on a roads dept document from 1963. There is no requirement even to have seatbelts for the occupants...
