I am Telkom ex-employee and I was involved in Broadband Access Network as Tier2 specialist. Providing specialised assistance, within the areas of my expertise, on most aspects of the technology with regard to support to core network field operations, project rollout, the NNOC (Tier 0 and 1), as required to planning, build, systems management, procurement, technology integration, marketing and training. Providing support at an expert level, taking responsibility for action and decisions concerning the prompt restoration or provision of service in full or partial system failures.

I am currently an agent for Telkom Broadband services: Fibre, DSL and LTE.
