    The struggle to cancel a Telkom account

    I've been trying to cancel my Telkom ADSL line for the past six months now without success. I did the cancellation online and followed the one month notice period, not once but twice but still no luck. I continue to receive and pay an account for a service that I no longer use for six months now!
