    Really battling with COJ. Mom's house converted to prepaid meter, however she cannot load tokens or monitor usage via the Itron Keyboard. Reaching out to COJ, keep on indicating that they will escalate, provide reference numbers and couple hours later cancel fault. Trying to call support centre...
