    Will this PCIE adapter allow me to create a hotspot?

    Did you have success doing this? I'm looking at the same use case What I see online is that Win 10 does not support setting bandwith wider than 20Hz for hotspot networks Windows 10 hotspot - which theoretically means that a router will perform better as it can utilize the full 80Hz bandwidth.
