    I see Yr is predicting 22mm on Thursday and 67mm on Friday ..... if anything they usually under predict. Let's see how this pans out.

    As of 10PM I have measured 82mm for the day here in Plumstead. Not a bad bit of rain, hopefully we got a similar amount in our dam catchment. Managed to get the pooch out for a walk late this afternoon, streams running through the Alphen Trail are pretty much at capacity. Not many dog walkers out.

    Ok so I measured 51mm since midnight here in Plumstead. Not a slight amount for early April. Took a last minute decision and went up Constantia Nek to De Villiers dam with the dog after work. Had a bit of sunshine on top, by the time I got home the clouds had covered the mountain again.

    I only have 31 mm for the day so far. Still coming down. 110mm for the month. Rain has not been heavy but pretty consistent since midday.

    I have 26mm since midnight, still raining here in Plumstead near the PnP on Gabriel Road. Total for the month so far = 429mm
