    Incompetent WebAfrica

    I have now had an open ticket for my non functioning dsl line for a week. WebAfrica seems unable or unwilling to fix my problem. They have promised me multiple times to follow up with Telkom to make sure this gets fixed. They have promised me multiple times that they will keep me updated...
