The 1-pack would be sufficient for me, I already use the AX3600 as my main router and it would pair briliantly with the AX3000 to create a mesh system for better coverage of the far away rooms in the house.
Thank you very much, I mailed Hisense support but they have not sent anything back. I just installed the update and it has fixed my Dolby Atmos using Dolby Digital Plus!
I have the 65" and manually updated to 1127, but now I am starting to wonder if manually updating may have stopped me from getting the OTA. Looks like a staged rollout though, so I will wait a week or two and if nothing has happened by then I will try to contact Hisense for a new update file.
Hi, I can confirm this. I am on Software Version J1127 and when watching Dolby Vision content, no matter what settings I try, the backlight option is always greyed out. It would be amazing if Hisense could fix this.

I did a bit of research on this and it seems like other brands (Panasonic, Visio and, Sony and LG are among the ones I found) do allow you to adjust the local dimming while watching Dolby Vision content. Even the international equivalent Hisense H9F allows adjustment of local dimming on Dolby...
I am on J1127 and noticed the same issue while watching a Dolby Vision movie on Netflix the other evening. It is pretty irritating since Local Dimming is adjustable normally and on HDR, just not when in Dolby Vision. Would be nice if @Hisense SA could fix this in the next update.
