I want to add that I've known this guy for at least 20 years. Probably a bit longer, since I vaguely remember partying with him when I was doing my Honours. So this makes him one of the few people I trust.
He seemingly has a lot more information regarding this case than any other person...
This article was sent to me by a friend of mine also following this matter with interest. It seems that the acting judge who upheld the exceptions has a history of mixing up legal concepts. I wonder how many other cases she's incorrectly ruled on...
INjustice Ndlokovane
I stumbled across this link earlier today, and out of curiosity, I read the article. Just for the hell of it, I thought I'd share this here.
If indeed this family is due to receive R1 350 000 000 000, and factoring in this morning's USD-ZAR exchange rate, then that would instantly make them...
I completely agree with this bit! I doubt very many of the people who will eventually get a share of this money (if it actually does happen) would know how to effectively put this money to use.
As for this bit. I don't suppose telling him that he could end up waiting another few decades before...
Watching this space today for someone to mention the meeting the 'beneficiaries' had yesterday.
I'm actually really curious to know what was said. And when distribution of money that hasn't been received was promised for...
Funnily, I spoke to someone last night who gave quite a bit towards legal fees. He never said anything about the case. I was actually eager to hear what he had to say. But not a single word. It makes me wonder if this "beneficiary" discovered something that made him less eager about his "payout"
This is kinda amazing though. It's ludicrous enough and lacking sufficient context to not warrant a response, but by not replying...
Well played man!
I wasn't addressing you. I was addressing the other guy. The entire post was directed at him. I quoted your post to show him that others have already seen it. And I don't have bitties...?
Oh my hat! This is so amusing. Jy kom ruk jou g*t op hier omdat jy nie verstaan wat jy lees nie.
And you've just proven it to everybody else reading (and understanding) this thread.
At no point did I call this a scam. I'm not underestimating any person's intelligence. I made those comments...
I heard that correspondence was issued by the legal team after the last court appearance with an update regarding the case. I haven't seen it yet, but I'm already willing to bet that most of those who have don't understand what it means...
