    I made a bootable USB drive with DanDango's suggestion , but the computer didn't detect it ,computer said: no boot disk was found.

    My friend told me that if I created a new thread, I would get more advice for creating a bootable program . (I found similar old posts on this forums: https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/urgent-windows-8-password-reset.507258/ ) Please note that this is Windows 10, not Windows 8 .
