    Normal practice for employee to be held liable for placement fee?

    Can anybody say what happened when they went to court? I’ve been put in the same predicament where a company said if I leave in 12 months I have to payback the recruitment fee... I left at 6months and have slapped with a R46k billl otherwise summons.
