    Cancelling a Telkom landline for a family member

    Could someone assist me with the necessary steps to cancel a Telkom landline. The contract is in my mother's name however she is extremely ill. I have tried to cancel it via their online portal but had no luck and my Mother won't be able to visit a Telkom store.
