Hi @Stonemason if a device is blacklisted it is completely network barred permanently. Network would not be restored intermittently or at a later stage. This sounds more like a hardware issue which either we or a Samsung service centre can diagnose & assist with. What is your order number?

That is correct. Almost every Smartphone dealer deals with an issue of blacklisting at some point due to a number of reasons. Smartphones are the only items stores can actually block & make the user aware of such activity - unlike laptops, fridges etc where you can claim insurance...
