    If anything, you could try and make an argument about freedom of association and movement, but you would be laughed out of court because refugees can visit embassies - no problem - but they just won't be given citizenship which they have no fundamental right to anyway.

    Read section 19 of the bill of rights. Note the word 'citizen' in front of each line. Political rights are not for foreigners.
