    I just found this ... https://www.eskom.co.za/eas/power-alert/ ... so it seems they are Eskom, but the quesiton remains: Is it outsourced or what?

    I have a question: Who the f**k are poweralert.co.za ? Nowhere on their website do they identify themselves. Whoever they are, they are rather unprofessional.

    I thought you said it was meaningless unless the data timestamp reflects as today. It is currently showing as 12:00, yesterday.
