    Please read very carefully what I posted. This is the same questions asked everytime... And then, like magic, when someone calls its a miracle I get my speed back... As if I'm been throttled, then when I log a call and an agent picks it up..it fixes itself.. almost instantly.. EVERYTIME.

    Well, I have been on 200/200 for many year with Cool ideas. The last 6-8 months I have noticed that my line speeds have been dropping weekly.. sometimes to as low as 5/1 When I log a call, as soon as there is a reply miraculously my speeds are back to 200/200. Rinse and repeat. I have now...
