    I bought 2 items total was R 643 drive itself was R429 used a R150 coupon. I am not even questioning why the coupon was fully deducted from the drive, I just want a replacement, SSD prices are insane.

    I must have used a R200 coupon on something, I am not sure how they calculated my refund. And you are actually correct, I got in in 2023 (but still under warranty.)

I sent it back for a replacement, and mentioned that I would like a replacement and will not accept credit, and after 1 MONTH of investigations, they refunded me a credit for R279. I don't...

    Yeeah it did. My bad i guess? Plan was to top it up to the minimum amount, do online shopping/services in USD and then top it up when I get paid. I do think it worked before , will have to check.

    Anyone know how this rule work exactly? Have an FNB Global Account with the required minimum monthly balance of 2,500 (AUD, EUR, GBP, CD, USD) or 160,000 (INR). On the 29 Jul 2026, I added money and had the required amount. and on the 03 Aug 2026 I spend and was below. I didn't get the points.
