    Dolby, unless you buy that 83" OLED, Samsung does not make any other OLED TVs man. The rest of their TVs are LED, QLED and QD-OLED. And if you buy a QD-OLED it will be a Samsung panel yes. No one else makes QD-OLED panels at the moment.
