I am considering one but I'm not willing to pay a premium for a Ford.
If you like a thin base add about 25-30% semolina to the dough that makes it nice and chewy, crunchy and its a bit stronger so less affected by soggy toppings.
I have used a few home ovens and even a braai before but I used a piece of granite to bake the pizza on. Just put the oven on max and heat the pizza stone or whatever you are using before you add the pizza.
