    I just saw some Ethekwini municipality workers digging and installing new pipes in my area, and its right next to where the fibre was layed, I'm hoping someone don't F*K something up. :confused:

    Hi Guys, we couple days live with Fibre with LL , I'm assuming some of us are currently live, So how has the service and speeds been so far?

    My line was live from yesterday afternoon, really impressed with the result :giggle: This is Via Tech5. 200mb/200mb Lets see how these results stay in the long term.

    My installation from LL was delayed on Saturday due to the bad weather, They called me and was very apologetic about not finishing the job, they said it will be done today, so hoping will have some results with you guys soon.

    100% agree with you on this. At least on this forum we get to hear all these things and understand where ISP's like @Ghostfibre comes from.

    I think everyone has a choice and criteria that will suit their needs and pocket. From what I do see on the Link Layer Website, they now giving most of the isp options for our area and some of them do have free installation etc. It will give the members here a good indication and to compare...

    @dev8383 this is brilliant, LL contacted me for installation today as well, but since I'm at work today I made arrangements for them to come Saturday. So now I'm itching for this to be done LOL .

    Thanks @dev8383 for the update, Personally I rather they sort out their "snags" now before users are fully installed.

    Excellent stuff @dev8383 It will be nice to also hear from other members how their signup process and when installation is fully done at their premises how smoothly or not smoothly the process went. I am assuming as Verulam is now live in different respective areas with FrogFoot and LinkLayer...
