@wifisonic Love that you are bringing fibre to Kleinmond, my parents live there, but please, is there no 25/25 option, or even 30/10 ? Because 30 down is cool, but 5 up is not cool. 30/5 is so close to being perfect....- Bearman

@Veck @Neoprod Thanks, those answers actually help. If it's a hardware issue, I hope they can fix it soon. Been with them almost two years, recent packet loss is the first issue I have had with them, before that excellent service. Ran Tranceroute/Pingplotter to their cape town server...- Bearman
